Interesting development on this, I started to get an error message at the end of the cron job email that seemed to relate to the JoomlaWorks AllVideos plugin I was using like this:

Code:

  * Skipping pause, as previous batch had a very low processing time (0.038s < 1s)  * Processed batch 475 in 0.05 seconds.  * Skipping pause, as previous batch had a very low processing time (0.05s < 1s)  * Processed batch 476 in 0.079 seconds.  * Skipping pause, as previous batch had a very low processing time (0.079s < 1s)In jw_allvideos.php line 560:  Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\ConsoleApplication::getTemp   late()                                                                       finder:index [--minproctime MINPROCTIME] [--pause PAUSE] [--divisor DIVISOR] [--live-site [LIVE-SITE]] [-h|--help] [-q|--quiet] [-v|vv|vvv|--verbose] [-V|--version] [--ansi] [--no-ansi] [-n|--no-interaction] [--] <command> [<purge>]
So I removed that plugin and the next time the indexer ran I got this error instead:

Code:

* Processed batch 495 in 0.115 seconds. * Skipping pause, as previous batch had a very low processing time (0.115s < 1s) * Processed batch 496 in 0.123 seconds. * Skipping pause, as previous batch had a very low processing time (0.123s < 1s) [ERROR] Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction
Any ideas what this deadlock found error is? Alternatively, is there any way to see what batch 496 would contain? If it pertains to an article it would be good to be able to examine it and see if there's anything odd going on.
